This lovely recently refurbished house is located in the sloping mountains of Serra de Tramuntana, within walking distance to the center of Deia.
It's a perfect retreat for those looking for a quiet stay surrounded by nature without giving up comfort. The house highlights are its private pool with sea views, lovely terraces with comfortable furniture, and its exquisite Mediterranean decoration.
The property is divided in two floors.
Main floor: We find two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There's a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with sofas, Smart TV, broadband internet, dining table with chairs and large windows. There is a door to access the outdoor terrace.
Upper floor: there are two more bedrooms, both with double beds, and one bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The house has a lower floor which is not advertised and has a bedroom with two single beds and one small en suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. This room can be used upon previous request and it's usually used by guests' own personal service such as maids, nannies etc
The house has one air conditioning unit in the living room, fans, and heating in all bedrooms for those wishing to stay in winter time.
On the outdoors, there are terraces with furniture such as sun loungers, parasols, tables, chairs, etc, perfect for spending long afternoons after a home-cooked meal, simply relaxing and enjoying the fresh breeze coming from the sea.
The great size swimming pool which is accessed by a lovely path amongst trees and plants, is the ideal space to enjoy the day swimming, sunbathing or simply reading a book with a refreshing drink, with nice sea views and surrounded by lush green vegetation, this corner will make your stay unforgettable.

Booking Conditions
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
– Long-term rentals available for winter months (November-April). Electricity costs will be paid separately and according to consumption. For more information, kindly get in touch.
House rules:
– No parties or events are allowed on the property, the damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
– No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
– Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case much trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
– In the event of extreme dirtiness, a fine of 200€ will be deducted from the damage deposit.
