Description
Cas Metge Matas is a manor house built at the end of the 19th century and has been recently refurbished and converted into a holiday villa perfect for families or large groups.
It has 8 bedrooms which can host a total of 16 guests. The rooms are located on the three floors of the building and all have their own bathroom, exterior views and some have a terrace as well as television and air conditioning. There are two additional rooms, one for reading and relaxing and the other with two gaming chairs and a PS5.
On the ground floor are the common areas: several lounges, a large kitchen and a room adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The kitchen is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the north terrace of the house. It has approximately 40 m2 and is fully furnished with upper and lower cupboards and a central table. In the adjacent dining area there is a large table for 16 people.
On the ground floor on the south-facing side are the three living rooms, all of them with direct access to the terrace:
The first one is located at the foot of the stairs leading to the upper floors. It has a grand piano and a divan.
The middle one has tables and low stools.
At the end of the space is the last lounge with two large comfortable sofas and a 70" Smart TV.
Outside, there is a huge safareig (swimming pool) with a surrounded beach effect measuring 20 x 8 x 2m deep and a beautiful solarium where you can relax and enjoy the sun with views of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range. Outside there is also a small kitchen and barbecue for outdoor cooking and eating and a large table to sit at.
The property has parking space for 8 vehicles and space to store and fix bicycles.
The villa is surrounded by a spectacular garden of 8,000 m2 designed according to Mallorcan customs, which combines native species with other varieties that are highly appreciated on the island. It is also surrounded by fields with more than 800 orange trees and its own vegetable garden with vegetables, fruit and aromatic plants.

An installation of 56 photovoltaic solar panels that covers the vast majority of its energy consumption.
In the garden, the native flora is the absolute protagonist: olive trees, orange trees, laurels, among a total of more than 50 different species.
Part of the garden is a small vegetable garden with medicinal plants available for our guests to use for cooking, infusions or natural remedies to improve their wellbeing.
In the vicinity of the villa, there is an organic farm that will provide our guests with fresh seasonal products such as fruit, vegetables or eggs.
