This house has everything you need to enjoy a holiday with family or friends, either in summer to enjoy the pool and outdoors, or in winter, where the relaxation areas will make the house a perfect refuge for Rest and tranquility, all with central heating to keep the whole property nice and warm.

The house is distributed on two floors. On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one renovated with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The large kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils such as dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.
On the same floor we find the dining room with a large table and the living area, with sofas and satellite TV. The dining room gives access to the beautiful glazed area with magnificent views to the outside, perfect place to relax, read a book or just relax, you will find a sofa, armchair, writing area etc as well as an air conditioner for the hottest days.
There is also a laundry room where you will find the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

On the upper floor you will find another 2 bedrooms with a bathroom with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms has a beautiful terrace with furniture.

From the kitchen you will go to the terrace and garden where you will find a table and chairs for 8 people and you can enjoy pleasant meals outside.

The outdoor 28m2 chlorine pool is surrounded by grass, there is an outdoor shower as well as 8 sun loungers where you can sunbathe comfortably, there are also two fixed umbrellas and towels.

Next to the pool area you will find the annex building that has a large barbecue area, wood oven, fireplace, sink and a refrigerator, as well as a sofa area and a table with chairs perfect to enjoy both summer and winter meals.

All bedrooms have a fan available. There is central heating throughout the house (at a cost) as well as free Wifi throughout the house.

Finca Bennassar is located on the outskirts of the nearby city of Inca, where you will find everything you need to go shopping every day, excellent restaurants, bars, a pedestrian street with fashion shops and a large weekly market every Thursday. Both the southern zone and the northern and southern beaches can be reached in half an hour / 45 minutes by car. The mountain area of ​​the Sierra de Tramuntana can be found in about 20 minutes by accessing Selva, Caimari, Lluc etc, which is a perfect house for cycling groups.
