The master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom has large double floor to ceiling windows with mountain and village views.
Additionally there are three guest bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, two with direct access to the pool, and the third with its own private entrance.
The property provides free Wifi, and offers a full variety of IPTV World-Wide Channels with thousands of channels in all languages.
Including YouTube, Spotify, Netlfix.
The accommodation does not have Air Conditioner, but given the location and positioning, a lovely sea breeze is nearly always present. However fans are provided if needed. The house has central heating.
One can enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining on the top terrace with distant views to the sea, and at the lower level of the house is a lounge terrace with infinity pool which enjoys views the village & mountains, as well as the gardens of the famous La Residencia Hotel.
Private parking space at the house for 1 car (moderate size).
