Welcome to this exceptional luxury finca, located in the tranquil and picturesque town of Ses Salines.
This masterful work was created by the world-renowned architect Iria Degen.
Finca Ses Germanes embraces Majorcan nature and its architecture is conceived to merge the inside with the outside space. The carefully designed interiors are characterized by a minimalist and sophisticated aesthetic.
The finca comprises three unique units: Roca, Olivo and Almendra, named after the natural materials in the surrounding area. Guests can indulge in complete privacy, with each unit offering its own private patio that provides an idyllic setting for relaxation and unwinding.
Roca: 38 m2, one sleeping room with king-size bed and daybed for 1-2 small children, master bathroom, separate toilet, private patio.
Olivo: 46 m2, two sleeping rooms (one king-size bed, one twin bed), one shared bathroom that can be locked from each side, private patio.
Almendra: 52 m2, two sleeping rooms (one king-size bed, one twin bed), one shared bathroom that can be locked from each side, private patio.
We take pride in our commitment to sustainability, which is why we do not offer electrical air conditioning at our villa. Instead, we rely on the villa's strategic design and locally sourced building materials to keep the interiors cool and fresh throughout the year. Sliding windows, doors, high ceilings up to 5 meters, thick concrete walls, natural stone façade, and shady canopies, all thoughtfully placed around the house to provide a natural and cooling airflow and to protect from the heat.
The floor heating system throughout the villa ensures that guests remain warm and comfortable even during the coldest months of the year.
In the exterior area, we find its magnificent 25-meter saltwater pool, which is the perfect place to bask in the sunshine and take in the natural beauty of the villa's surroundings, as well as a BBQ area, a sauna and 3 chic tents to lay in the garden and make the kids incredibly happy.
Explorers can take advantage of the complimentary bicycles, which are perfect for a leisurely ride through the picturesque countryside.
