Inside, Villa Soma boasts six air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own modern en-suite bathroom, spread over two floors. The first floor features two master bedrooms with en-suites and spacious terraces overlooking the pool. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan dining and sitting area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a cozy living room adorned with beautiful art pieces. There are also four additional bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, offering ample space for up to 12 guests.

The outdoor areas of Villa Soma are equally impressive, with terraces on both sides of the long, saltwater swimming pool. The pool, which is approximately 21 meters long and 4 meters wide, features an infrared security alarm and offers breathtaking views of the sea. Surrounding the pool are sun-loungers, parasols, and cozy seating areas, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

For outdoor dining and entertainment, Villa Soma offers a barbecue area with a large table that can accommodate up to 16 people. A covered terrace with pretty vines and a spacious outdoor lounge area provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Villa Soma's exclusive location is near several charming villages and towns, as well as beautiful beaches. The sea is just around 3 km away, and the popular coastal resort of Cala Millor, with its restaurants, bars, and boutique shops, is only a short drive away. For golf enthusiasts, there are numerous golf courses in the immediate vicinity, making this villa an ideal retreat for relaxation and recreation.

Minimum Days Stay: 7
Included: cleaning once a week with towel and linen change. Extra towel and bed linen change if necessary – 350€.
Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 1500€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
