Luxurious villa in Cielo de Bonaire with spectacular views of the mountains and the sea.
This magnificent house located in the quiet area of Cielo de Bonaire, is ideal to enjoy a relaxing holiday with all the comforts without giving up the Style, with large windows throughout the house to feel the calmness and nature of the area.
The house is distributed on two floors, at street level there is the main gate where there are spaces to park two cars, from there we go down a few steps that will take us to the main entrance of the house. When entering the house, we will be on the top floor, where we find the master bedroom with a double bed, bathroom en suite with shower, wardrobes, large windows and private terrace with outdoor furniture to relax in the evening reading or having a drink enjoying the views.
On the same floor, at the other end of the corridor, we find another bedroom with a double bed, bathroom en suite with shower, and wonderful views through the large windows.
On the lower floor, which is accessed by a staircase, we find the open space where the kitchen is located, fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, etc. There is also a washing machine and a dryer available for the client's use.
The dining room area has a table with chairs, nice and comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a plasma TV with Apple TV.
There is a third bedroom with a large double bunk bed with views and a third bathroom with shower, WC, and sink.
The house has A / C heating throughout the house, as well as Wifi.
Outside, you will find a large terrace with wooden flooring, and a table with outdoor chairs to enjoy long evenings next to the magnificent swimming pool.
There is a portable barbecue available, as well as a “Chill-out” area with modern furniture next to the pool where you can enjoy the sun and the views just a step away from the infinity pool with views.
It is a fantastic home for summer and winter as it is well-equipped and heated and in both seasons you can enjoy the views and tranquility of the area.

Known affectionately by locals as "the old town," Alcúdia is situated alongside the Roman ruins of Pollentia, once the capital of Mallorca due to its strategic location for sea routes.
Alcúdia is based at the bottom of a peninsula that separates the Bays of Alcúdia and Pollensa, making it a prime location for those who appreciate stunning Mediterranean landscapes.
When you walk through the main gate into the walled, medieval town, you'll feel like you've stepped back in time. Most buildings inside the walls have been lovingly maintained and restored, adding to the town's magical feel.
Residents of Alcúdia enjoy leisurely strolls along the narrow, pedestrianised streets, where surprises await around every corner.
On Sundays and Tuesdays, the open market spreads through much of the town, attracting locals and tourists alike with its stalls filled with fresh local produce and souvenirs. In the evening, the town is bathed in warm lamplight, giving the colorful buildings a soft, pleasing glow.
Alcúdia is the perfect place to sit outside for hours on a balmy evening at one of its many bars and cafes, watching the world go by.

– No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
– No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
– Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
– In the event of extreme dirtiness, a fine of 200€ will be deducted from the damage deposit.
