Villa Features
Nature Villa Bonaire is a modern villa for six guests in Cielo de Bonaire, a quiet hillside area just outside Alcúdia, in the north of Mallorca. Set among trees on the slope, it has three bedrooms across two floors, an infinity pool and large windows that open the house to views of the mountains and the sea. It is one of our luxury villas in Mallorca for guests who want privacy and nature close to the coast, in summer or in winter.
The house is built on two levels. From the street gate, where there is parking for two cars, a few steps lead down to the entrance on the upper floor. The lower floor is an open-plan space with the kitchen, the dining area and the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and the lounge has comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a TV with Apple TV. A washing machine and a dryer are available for guests, and the house has air conditioning and heating throughout, as well as Wi-Fi.
The master bedroom, on the upper floor, has an emperor-size bed, an open en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with outdoor furniture and views of the sea and the mountains. At the other end of the corridor, the second bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and mountain views through large windows. On the lower floor, the third bedroom has a bunk bed with two double beds and opens onto the terrace and garden, and there is a third bathroom with shower.
Outside, a large terrace with wooden decking leads to the infinity pool, which looks out over the hillside towards the sea. Beside the pool there is a chill-out area with modern outdoor sofas, and a covered terrace with a dining table, a kamado grill and a portable barbecue sits next to the open-plan living area. The garden has a lawn with sun loungers, and the villa has a sound system.

Cielo de Bonaire sits on the wooded slopes above Mal Pas-Bonaire, a low-density residential area between Alcúdia and the La Victoria peninsula, in the north of Mallorca. The nearest beach is Platja de San Pere, about 2 km away.
The peninsula is one of the best places for walking near Alcúdia: the road leads up to the 17th-century Ermita de la Victòria, the starting point for the trails to the Talaia d’Alcúdia viewpoint. Alcúdia’s medieval walls and old town are a short drive away, and Palma airport is about 60 km away. Booking Terms
– No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
– No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
– Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
– In the event of extreme dirtiness, a fine of 200€ will be deducted from the damage deposit.
