Renovated in 2020, this Mallorcan gem stands as a testament to meticulous craftsmanship, boasting over 200m² of captivating terraces, handcrafted wooden details, intricately hand-painted ceilings.
The villa offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests. There are seven beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring two single beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Some have direct access to the beautiful terraces and garden. Note that 5 bedrooms are located in the main building and the other two are in the smaller building right next to the house
There is a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for culinary enthusiasts. Underfloor heating and air conditioning ensure your comfort in all seasons. A Smart TV provides entertainment and connectivity options in the living area. There is a modern Sonos audio system throughout the house.
The sun-drenched 4x9m private pool, adorned with exotic green Moroccan tiles, is the centerpiece of tranquility. – The villa consists of a main house with 5 bedrooms and a guest house with 2 suites. Prices vary from 5 bedrooms to 6 and 7 bedrooms. For mor information please let us know.
– Heated pool: 400€/week
– Rental for events from 1 day upon request in the low season.
– Reservation of stays including events will be held directly through Island Homes Mallorca. In order to enquire about fees and conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

– Pets are not allowed without authorization
– No unauthorized parties or events
– Smoking is not allowed inside the property
– Only make a fire inside the barbecue
– Horses on the property, please ask permission to ride
