Villa Features
Villa Sa Font is a contemporary villa on the cliffs above Cala Provençals, just north of Font de sa Cala in the municipality of Capdepera, on Mallorca's northeast coast. Surrounded by pine trees and looking straight out to sea, it sleeps 8 guests and has a private path down to the water, a rare feature on this stretch of coast. Daily cleaning, a concierge service, a selection of local wines and airport transfers are included, and it is one of our luxury villas in Mallorca for families and small groups who want privacy by the sea.
The house is laid out over several levels, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area facing the sea, a lounge for the cooler months and a multipurpose room. Light interiors with timber-beamed ceilings, rattan furniture and colorful ceramics open onto terraces for dining and relaxing. At the top of the house, a bright studio office with panoramic sea views is a quiet place to read or work and can be set up as an extra bedroom if needed, and the rooftop chill-out terrace is the place for drinks at sunset.
The master bedroom and further double rooms are on the main floor, with their own bathrooms and direct access to the terrace or garden. The lower floor has more bedrooms with their own bathrooms and separate outside entrances, for guests who want extra privacy. One room has two single beds that can be joined as a double.
The heated pool sits on a terrace looking out to sea, with plenty of sun loungers, lawns and gardens around it and a covered dining terrace for meals outdoors. A private path leads from the garden down to the rocks and the water. A private chef, pre-stocking of the villa, wellness and spa treatments, extra housekeeping and babysitting can be arranged on request. Sa Font is on the coast of Capdepera, in the northeast of Mallorca, where pine-covered headlands alternate with small rocky inlets and sandy coves. The sandy beach of Font de sa Cala is a few minutes away, Canyamel is a short drive to the south, and the larger beaches of Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida lie beyond Cala Ratjada to the north.
