Villa Features
Villa Mal Pas stands a few metres from the water in Mal Pas, a quiet residential area of Alcúdia on the Bay of Pollença. A path leads from the house to a rocky swimming spot right in front, and a small sandy beach, used mostly by neighbours, is about 20 metres away. A few steps lead from the entrance to the living room, with comfortable sofas, a TV with international channels and a dining area with a large table facing the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine, and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and an iron. The house has air conditioning and central heating.
Three bedrooms have single beds and one has a queen-size bed. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms, and the other two share a full bathroom with a large bath. Two of the bedrooms open onto a large upper terrace with views across the Bay of Pollença. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor and an outdoor shower room for use after a swim.
The main terrace looks straight out to sea, with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor dining table and a lounge area, and is the place to spend the evenings listening to the water. The path in front of the house leads down to the rocks for swimming; the old swimming ladder has been removed under local regulations. A supermarket is a short walk away and two restaurants are a few minutes from the house. Weekly cleaning and a final clean are included. Mal Pas-Bonaire: a quiet seaside neighbourhood between the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia
Mal Pas and neighbouring Bonaire are low-rise residential areas on the hillside east of Alcúdia, facing the Bay of Pollença and the mountains of the Formentor peninsula. Small coves and rocky platforms line the shore, Platja de Sant Pere is about 700 metres from the villa, and the Bonaire marina and the Victòria peninsula, with its hermitage and walking trails, are close by.
