Located in the heart of Mallorca, Villa Marevi is an exclusive villa available for full rental, set in a unique natural environment. This recently restored 16th-century mansion marries traditional island architecture with modern amenities, emphasizing sustainability and well-being.
The villa offers eight spacious suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, living room, fireplace, and terrace leading to one of the seven meticulously designed gardens. With a total capacity of up to 18 guests (8 double bedrooms and the possibility to arrange wo extra beds) , the suites are equipped with air conditioning, individual heating, and all modern comforts. The villa’s interior includes areas for relaxation and reflection, such as a library with a modernist stained glass window and a music room featuring a grand piano for private concerts.
Villa Marevi covers an area of 130 hectares within a protected natural reserve, retaining its original character and ecological value. The estate features stunning architectural elements, including a grand archway that leads to the eight suites, winter and summer dining rooms, a kitchen, an interior courtyard with a fountain, and a family chapel. Outdoor amenities include a tennis court, a soccer field, and a large swimming pool with a sunbed area perfect for evening cocktails.
The villa's seven gardens, filled with fountains, ponds, roses, and Mediterranean vegetation, create a magical atmosphere. Paved paths, bougainvillea, and jasmine pergolas meander between olive trees and cypresses, enhancing the tranquility of the setting. The spectacular views from the outdoor porch make it an ideal spot to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Booking Conditions
To rent the villa, the hiring of a chef service is mandatory (minimum half-board throughout the stay):
Half board: 65 € per person/day + VAT.
Full board: 95 € per person/day + VAT.
**Raw materials are included.
All menu prices are based on a minimum group size of 12 people. For smaller groups, please contact us for an individual quote. Children under 6 years old get a 30% discount.
