Villa Features
Villa Los Leones is a modern villa in Mal Pas-Bonaire, a quiet residential area on the hillside just outside Alcúdia, in the north of Mallorca. Set in large private gardens behind a gated entrance, it looks out to sea towards the Formentor peninsula, and two sandy beaches, Playa de Sant Joan and Playa de San Pere, are about a 3-minute walk away. The main house sleeps 16 guests and a separate guest house adds room for 4 more at an additional cost, making it one of our luxury villas in Mallorca for large families and groups.
Inside, natural stone paving, oak floors and soft neutral tones are paired with large windows that bring in light and frame the sea views. The open-plan living areas lead straight onto the south-facing terraces, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped. The house has high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart TVs and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
The main house has eight bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and underfloor heating, and several can be set up with twin or double beds. The master suite adds a private lounge, a walk-in wardrobe, a large bathroom and its own terrace with sea views. The separate guest house has two more bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen and a terrace, and is booked at an extra cost for guests who want more privacy.
The 15 x 7 metre saltwater pool is the centre of the garden, with sun loungers and a covered outdoor lounge beside it; the villa also has a Jacuzzi, and pool heating and the sauna are available at an extra charge. The terraces look over Mediterranean gardens with shaded seating areas and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and two dining areas. For children there is a playground, football goals, a basketball hoop and a table tennis table, and the whole estate is gated with secure parking. Mal Pas-Bonaire: a quiet residential area between the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia
Mal Pas-Bonaire is a low-density residential area on the hillside just outside Alcúdia, looking over the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia towards the Formentor peninsula. Its small sandy beaches and clear water are calmer than the larger resorts nearby, and the hills behind have routes for walking and cycling. The Alcanada golf course is close by.
