Renovated in 2020 with great attention to detail, the property blends traditional charm with modern features—handcrafted woodwork, painted ceilings, and over 200m² of sun-drenched terraces.
With space for up to 14 guests, the villa features seven en-suite bedrooms, each with two single beds and walk-in showers. Five of the bedrooms are in the main house, while two are located in a nearby guesthouse—ideal for guests seeking additional privacy. Several rooms offer direct access to the gardens or terraces.
Inside, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a Sonos audio system throughout the home and outdoor areas.
At the heart of the outdoor space is a private 4x9m pool lined with deep green Moroccan tiles, surrounded by peaceful gardens. The grounds include a fruit orchard and biological garden, where guests are invited to pick fresh produce daily. Organic honey, home-pressed olive oil, and seasonal vegetables create a rich farm-to-table experience—one of the villa’s most special touches.

Llubí is situated in the centre of Mallorca in the region known as Pla de Mallorca. It's a small traditional town surrounded by agricultural plains and has less than two thousand residents. Honey, capers, almonds and carobs have been cultivated here for centuries and are celebrated at its fairs and fiestas. The town's long history is captured in its windmills and old stone houses. It's a destination which will appeal to nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. Visit for its enchanting streets, countryside views and delicious local produce.
For a small, traditional town Llubí certainly has some surprisingly avant-garde restaurants.
Foodies will appreciate the local produce on sale at Llubí. La Llubinera specialises in olives, capers and typical picked peppers. For flavoured vinegars, salts and seasonings visit Glosa Marina. EVENT rates and conditions
– Rental for events from 1 day upon request in the low season.
– A wedding planner is required to host an event at the villa
– The villa can accommodate a maximum of 150 guests for weddings and events.
– Event fees apply as follows: €1,500 for up to 50 guests and €3,000 for more than 50 guests.
– To obtain an estimated budget for your stay and wedding/event, please select your desired dates on the calendar and add the applicable event fee based on the number of guests.
– A refundable damage deposit of €3,000 is required.
