Inside, the atmosphere is calm and refined. Natural textures, locally crafted pieces, and soft neutral tones bring a sense of harmony to every room. The living spaces are open and filled with light—vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and smooth microcement floors provide a clean backdrop to curated art and custom furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and opens out to a shaded dining terrace, ideal for summer meals and long conversations.

The house includes four beautifully designed double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and quiet views of the surrounding landscape. Two rooms feature handmade four-poster beds; the other two can be configured as twins or doubles to suit your group. Every room is air-conditioned and thoughtfully furnished with a mix of local finds and international design, from Roche Bobois to Ralph Lauren.

Outside, the villa’s terraces and gardens offer plenty of places to unwind. A saltwater pool sits among the olive trees, surrounded by sun loungers, citrus scents, and the sound of cicadas. There are balconies to watch the sunset, a barbecue for dinners under the stars, and shaded corners for reading or dozing off in the afternoon breeze.

Just a short walk down the hill leads you to Deià’s cobbled streets, its cafés, galleries, and restaurants. But from up here, life moves a little more slowly—quiet mornings with mountain air, lazy afternoons in the garden, and a timeless view that never quite gets old.
