Welcome to Es Raco De Pedra, where the art of modern living meets traditional elegance in the heart of Deia
Tucked away in the centre of Deià, Raco de Pedra offers the perfect balance between village life and peaceful seclusion. From its inviting roof terrace, guests can enjoy wonderful views over the village rooftops and the majestic Tramuntana mountains.
Designed by one of Deià’s most renowned studios, the villa captures the essence of Mediterranean living with elegant simplicity and clever use of space. The private courtyard, set beside the pool, features built-in seating around an outdoor fireplace — the ideal spot for evenings under the stars — as well as a gas barbecue for al fresco dining.
The property has two entrances: from the private parking area, guests step into the courtyard and directly into a bright, spacious kitchen crafted with local stone, wood, and natural fabrics; from the street level, the entrance opens onto the lower floor, home to a stylish cinema room.
On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, along with a guest WC and a fully equipped laundry room. A cosy sitting area with fireplace and a large TV provides a perfect space to unwind during cooler months.
Upstairs, the impressive master bedroom opens onto a private roof terrace with stunning views. On the top floor, a quiet study offers a peaceful space to read, work, or reflect — it also includes a bathroom and sofa bed, making it suitable as a family suite if needed.
Raco de Pedra is a beautifully designed retreat where every detail invites comfort and calm. Step outside, and Deià’s charming restaurants, shops, and trails are all just a short stroll away.
