In the sought-after area of Cala Deia, this tastefully decorated villa offers a tranquil retreat mere steps from the waters of the Mediterranean.
The villa’s distributed in three floors, street level, lower and upper floors. It features a total of 4 large bedrooms, all with their en-suite bathrooms and sea views, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas.
As soon as we enter the villa at street level, we’ll find an entrance hall that will lead us to the rest of the floor including one double and two single bedrooms both with their en-suite bathrooms, sea views and one changing room with storage space.
On the upper floor (above street level), we find two beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with spacious en-suite bathrooms and with the wonderful addition of a private terrace with sea views, perfect for sitting and admiring the mediterranean beauty at any time of the day.
Heading to the lower floor (below street level), we’ll find the main living area of the house which offers a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space and appliances, ideal for meal preparation with the family or friends, a spacious and welcoming living area with a Smart TV, speakers and a large dining room with a table for 8/10 guests. Additionally there is a convenient guest bathroom serving the lower floor and pool area outside.
French windows lead out to the picturesque porch adorned with a beautiful bougainvillaea, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and taking in the breathtaking sea views, while the large and perfectly set saltwater pool invites refreshing dips on warm summer days. The pool can be heated during colder months at an extra charge. There is a gas barbecue and a table-tennis for the enjoyment of the guests.
Surrounding the villa, shaded terraces provide idyllic settings for al fresco dining, where the gentle murmur of the Mediterranean breeze serves as a soothing backdrop. As daylight wanes, the villa takes on a magical aura, illuminated by the golden hues of the Mallorcan sunset.
