Located on top of a hill, it is only 2 minutes drive from the beach of Port Alcudia and the charming old town, and 5 minutes from the prestigious Alcanada Golf Club.
The single-story property offers three carefully designed bedrooms, including a master suite with direct access to the heated infinity pool and sea and mountain views. The spacious and bright living room and kitchen open onto a stunning terrace: chill out area, outdoor dining area, barbecue, Vondom igloos and infinity pool, with salt water and current for demanding swimmers. The pool can be heated at an additional cost in the winter / spring months.
Entertainment is guaranteed with mini-golf, table tennis, volleyball and badminton in the garden, plus a spectacular barbecue area with bar, 92" screen and draft beer included. At sunset, the circular Italian marble table is the perfect place to dine while enjoying the sunset.
To complete the experience, the villa has a professional gym, bicycles, private yoga class included and, in July and August, an outdoor movie night under the stars.

The 7km sandy beach of Port Alcudia is only 2 minutes by car. The old town of Alcudia, with a variety of restaurants, stores and much more, is at the same distance. The Alcanada Golf Club and its restaurant are also only a 5 minute drive away.
