Villa Lolita sits on the hillside above Cala Vadella, a sandy cove in the municipality of San José (Sant Josep de sa Talaia), on the west coast of Ibiza. The house looks out over the sea and the sunset. It is a modern villa with a white facade and large windows, around 300 square metres, with three bedrooms for six guests.
The floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a garden of tropical plants and a 9 by 5 metre pool that curves around the lower level of the house. Beside it is a sand area with sun loungers, and upstairs a terrace looks out over the Mediterranean and the pine-covered hills. The villa has access to the beach.
The living room is on the pool level and has a fireplace. The kitchen, on the first floor, opens onto a terrace with outdoor dining, and inside there is a second dining room with a table for eight.
The master suite takes up the top floor, with sea views, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and a private terrace. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, share a terrace with views.

San José (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) is the municipality that covers the south-west of Ibiza. The village keeps its whitewashed houses and an 18th-century church on the main square, with restaurants, cafés and shops around it, and a local market of organic produce and crafts on Saturdays.
Cala Vadella is about eight kilometres from the village, on the west coast. It is a cove of fine sand and shallow water, with restaurants and sunbed hire in season. Further along the coast are Cala Tarida and Cala d'Hort, facing the islet of Es Vedrà, and the surrounding hills have walking trails. Ibiza town is just over twenty kilometres away.
