Villa Features
Villa Navis stands on a hill among pine woods, about five minutes by car from Ibiza Town, with views over the sea, the Ses Salines natural park and the town itself. The 1,200 m² house sleeps twelve in six double bedrooms spread over several levels. It is one of our luxury villas in Ibiza and one of our villas for 10 or more guests, suited to large groups who want space close to the town.
The infinity pool runs along the front of the villa, with sun terraces, loungers, a lower pool, water features and several covered lounges. There are two covered dining areas, one by the pool and one next to the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and a terrace with a telescope looking over Ibiza Town. On the lawn, a retractable 144-inch screen turns into an outdoor cinema, and there is an outdoor sound system and DJ equipment.
Inside, the open-plan living room has a gold fireplace and large sofas, and leads to a bar with a pool table and a jukebox. The kitchen has an island, built-in ovens and a large fridge, with a round dining table beside it. A games room with table tennis and table football, an entertainment room with PlayStation and Xbox, and a gym with weights and training machines complete the house, which also has fibre broadband, a security system and e-bikes.
All six bedrooms are doubles with air conditioning and a 55-inch TV with international channels. Four have their own en-suite bathroom and two share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The master suite has a dressing room, an office and direct access to the pool terrace, and several bathrooms are finished in marble, some with freestanding bathtubs and views over the island.

Ibiza Town, five minutes away by car, combines the walled old town of Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the marina, restaurants and shops. Marina Botafoch and Talamanca beach are close by, and the Ses Salines natural park and its beaches lie to the south. Ibiza airport is about 7 km from the villa.
