Villa Features
Casa Nerea sits among pine trees on the west coast of Ibiza, about 100 metres from the sand at Cala Bassa, in the municipality of San José. The villa sleeps twelve in six bedrooms, and Sant Antoni and the other west coast beaches are a short drive away. It is one of our luxury villas in Ibiza for larger groups who want to walk to the beach.
The saltwater pool is lined with sun loungers and parasols, with a dining table on the terrace beside it. A covered porch with wooden decking and a white sofa looks over the garden, and there is a lawn to one side of the house, a small vegetable garden at the front and parking on the property.
Inside, the rooms are white and full of light. The living room has a grey sofa and a TV with international channels, and opens to a long dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast bar and a sliding door to the pool terrace. The house has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer.
Three bedrooms have king size beds and three have twin beds. Four have en-suite bathrooms and two share a bathroom, and one of the king bedrooms has its own outdoor entrance. All bedrooms have air conditioning and satellite TV.

Cala Bassa is one of the best-known beaches on the west coast, with clear water, pine trees down to the sand and a beach club. Cala Conta, with its offshore islets and sunsets, is a short drive away, and the nearest town is about 6 km from the villa. Ibiza airport is around 23 km away.
