Spanning 420m², Can Nomada offers expansive living spaces designed with a harmonious mix of modern elegance and traditional Ibiza charm. The villa accommodates 8 guests across 4 en-suite bedrooms, complemented by 5 bathrooms and a guest WC. The spacious ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room, all with direct access to the outdoor terraces, garden, and infinity pool. The stylish lounge is equipped with an Apple TV system and a Bang & Olufsen sound system, perfect for unwinding.

Outside, the 1000m² garden is lush with Mediterranean plants, while the L-shaped infinity pool offers stunning sea views, especially during the unforgettable sunsets. Just a short drive from top beach clubs, restaurants, and Ibiza’s best beaches, Can Nomada provides the perfect blend of luxury and location.

San José (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) is a charming village in southwest Ibiza, known for its authentic island atmosphere, rich history, and stunning natural surroundings. Set against rolling hills, this picturesque town offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to some of Ibiza’s most famous beaches, including Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, and Cala d’Hort, with its breathtaking views of Es Vedrà.

The village itself is a blend of traditional Ibizan charm and modern conveniences. Whitewashed houses line the streets, and the historic 18th-century church in the main square serves as a focal point. San José is home to excellent restaurants, cozy cafés, and boutique shops, making it a great place to explore. Every Saturday, a local market offers organic produce, handmade crafts, and unique finds.

For nature lovers, the surrounding hills provide scenic hiking trails with panoramic views of the island. Despite its tranquil setting, San José is just a short drive from Ibiza Town and the island’s vibrant nightlife. Whether you're seeking relaxation, culture, or adventure, San José perfectly captures Ibiza’s diverse spirit, offering something for every visitor.

Mid-stay clean, towel change and end of stay clean included in rental price. For stays of longer than 1 week there is also a weekly linen and towel change with a further clean.
Pool heating is an additional 500€ per week.
Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 3000€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
