Villa Features
Villa Sublime sits in S'Estanyol, near Jesús, about five minutes by car from Ibiza Town and Marina Botafoch. The house stands 150 metres above sea level on a 24,000 m² estate, with views over the sea towards Formentera. It sleeps 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms and is one of our luxury villas in Ibiza suited to groups who want privacy without being far from town.
The house measures 841 m² and is built in white stone, with large glass walls that open the living spaces to the view. An illuminated driveway leads from automated security gates to the entrance. The living room is furnished with Minotti seating, and the dining table seats 14.
The Zeyko kitchen has a teppanyaki plate, double ovens and a walk-in fridge. There is a gym with Life Fitness equipment, a sound system and WiFi throughout the house. Staff live on site.
The 115 m² heated infinity pool faces the sea. Around it are daybeds, an outdoor bar, a barbecue and a table for meals outside, plus a fire pit for the evenings.

Jesús and Ibiza Town: Dalt Vila, Marina Botafoch and Talamanca beach within minutes
S'Estanyol and Jesús lie on the hills just north of Ibiza Town. Dalt Vila, the walled old town listed by UNESCO, is a short drive away, as are the restaurants and shops of Marina Botafoch. Talamanca beach is about 3 km from the villa and Ibiza airport about 14 km.
