Villa Features
Can Sombra is a renovated Ibiza finca in the countryside at the centre of the island, about five minutes by car from the village of Santa Gertrudis and ten minutes from the town of Ibiza. The house looks out over the valley and is very private. It has around 478 square metres, six bedrooms for 12 guests and a separate guesthouse.
The pool is surrounded by terraces and chill-out areas, with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue under stone arches. Pool heating is available on request. From the terraces there are views over the valley and the garden, with lavender beds and paths that are lit at night.
Inside, the living room has a sunken seating area, two fireplaces and a piano. The dining room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate lounge with another fireplace has a pool table. The house has air conditioning and central heating.
On the first floor, the master suite has a large roof terrace over the valley with an outdoor bathtub. Another en-suite bedroom on the same floor has its own entrance from outside. The ground floor has two more double bedrooms, and the guesthouse adds two bedrooms, a living area with kitchen and its own pergola. Walking trails through the countryside start from the property.

Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera is a small village in the centre of Ibiza, in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu. Its square, with the church and whitewashed buildings, is lined with cafés, restaurants and shops, and the village has several art galleries.
