The villa boasts a heated swimming pool, multiple sun-drenched terraces, and inviting chill-out areas, including a stylish outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Inside, the expansive living room features a cozy sunken seating area, two fireplaces, and a piano. Main House First Floor – Double room(180 x 200) with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning. This bedroom has access from both inside the house and a separate entrance from the outside.

Bedroom 4:
Main House Ground Floor – Double room (140 x 200), air conditioning, use of large adjacent guest bathroom.

Bedroom 5:

The village square is the heart of Santa Gertrudis, where whitewashed buildings, chic boutiques, and vibrant cafes create a lively yet laid-back ambiance. The historic church, with its distinctive yellow trim, adds to the town’s picturesque charm. Santa Gertrudis is also a hub for artists and creatives, with many galleries showcasing contemporary and traditional artworks.

Food lovers will find a variety of dining options, from classic tapas bars to organic farm-to-table restaurants. Many eateries emphasize local produce, offering fresh, flavorful dishes in a relaxed setting.

Pool Heating – 500€ per week (optional on request).
Housekeeping Information: One 4 hour midweek clean included (2 cleaners). For stays of longer than one week, there will be a further 8 hour clean included on a Saturday (2 cleaners). End of stay clean included.
Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
No pets are allowed.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 5250€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
