Villa Boheme sits in the hills above Cala Vadella, in the southwest of Ibiza, about 1 km from the beach. Renovated in 2019, the 220 m² house sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms with three bathrooms, and its terraces look out to the sea in the distance. It is one of our luxury villas in Ibiza for families and couples looking for a calm, informal base.
The interiors mix whitewashed walls, natural stone and wood with linen, rattan and dried flowers. The living room has a large corner sofa against a stone wall, and the kitchen has open shelving on exposed stone. Air conditioning and heating run through the house.
The fully enclosed garden has a pool with a shallow section for children, sun loungers under thatched parasols, a hammock and planting of palms and cacti. The pool is heated in spring and autumn. A shaded patio with a barbecue, a long wooden dining table and built-in seating is the place for meals outside. Private parking takes up to four cars.
The master suite, on the first floor, has a king-size bed, a bathroom with bath and shower and a terrace with sea views, with space for a baby cot. The second first-floor bedroom also has its own terrace with sea views. The ground-floor bedroom has a separate bathroom, and both of these bedrooms can be set up with two single beds or a double.

Cala Vadella is a sheltered sandy bay on the southwest coast, about a five-minute drive from the villa, with restaurants, a beach club and a supermarket close by, including the well-known Can Pa restaurant. The village of Sant Josep, with larger shops, is around 15 minutes by car, and Ibiza airport about 17 km away.
