The property boasts two pools: a magnificent 17m x 4m saltwater pool with a beach-style entry that expands to 17m x 7m—ideal for families and sunbathers alike—and a smaller, heated winter pool, perfect for year-round enjoyment. At its core lies Dalt Vila, a UNESCO-listed old town with cobbled streets, ancient stone walls, and breathtaking views over the Mediterranean. Wandering through its charming alleys, you’ll find boutique shops, art galleries, and traditional tapas bars that capture the essence of Ibiza’s rich heritage.

Beyond the historic center, Ibiza Town boasts a cosmopolitan atmosphere with world-class restaurants, chic beach clubs, and stylish marinas. The glamorous Marina Botafoch area is home to high-end boutiques, fine dining, and luxury yachts, while the nearby Talamanca Beach offers a tranquil escape just minutes from the town’s energy.

As the sun sets, Ibiza Town transforms into a nightlife paradise. From legendary clubs like Pacha to intimate cocktail lounges, there’s something for every taste. Whether you’re exploring history, indulging in fine cuisine, or dancing until dawn, Ibiza Town is a destination that truly embodies the magic of the White Isle.

Cleaning 6 hours per day, Monday – Saturday.
Towels and linen changed twice per week.
Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 10000€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
