Villa Features
Villa Doleane is a five-bedroom villa for up to ten guests on a private 30,000 m² estate in the south of Ibiza. From the house there are views over the sea, the Ses Salines salt flats and Ibiza Town, and the beaches of Ses Salines and Cala Jondal are a short drive away.
The main pool is a 17 x 4 m saltwater pool with a beach-style entry that widens to 7 m. A second, smaller pool is heated for use outside the summer months. Around them, the gardens have palm trees, olive trees and lawns, with sun loungers under shade sails, a gazebo, several terraces and outdoor dining areas with a barbecue.
The open-plan living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and opens onto the terraces, and the kitchen leads to a dining terrace. The house also has a library, a cinema room with a large screen and a fitness room with weights that opens onto the garden.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning and access to a private terrace, most of them with sea views. The master suite, on the first floor, is made up of two connected rooms with a shared bathroom with steam shower and a large terrace facing the sea.

Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the island's capital. Its old town, Dalt Vila, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with cobbled streets, Renaissance walls and views over the harbour. Below it are the port, Marina Botafoch with its restaurants and shops, and Talamanca beach, a few minutes from the centre.
From Villa Doleane, Ibiza Town and the airport are both around 5 km away, and the beaches of Ses Salines and Cala Jondal, on the south coast, are a short drive.
