Villa Features
Casa Eulalia is on the east coast of Ibiza, about 700 metres from the beach and two kilometres from the centre of Santa Eulalia del Río. Cala Pada and Cala Nova are a short drive away. The villa has around 270 square metres, two en-suite bedrooms for four guests, a private pool and a garden.
The pool is surrounded by lawn, banana plants and pine trees, and by a wooden deck with sun loungers, parasols and chill-out daybeds. The covered terrace has an outdoor dining table and a seating area, and the house has a barbecue and parking.
Inside, the living and dining areas open onto the terrace through glass doors, and the fully equipped kitchen has an island. There is air conditioning, heating, a sound system, TVs and a washing machine, as well as toys, board games and a garden for children.
Both bedrooms have an emperor-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a safe. The main bedroom has a bathtub and opens onto the terrace through large sliding glass doors.

Santa Eulalia del Río is the third-largest town in Ibiza, on the east coast of the island. It has a seafront promenade lined with palm trees, restaurants and shops, a marina and, above the town, the Puig de Missa, a hill with a fortified church and views over the coast. There are also galleries, craft markets and concerts through the year.
