Villa Georgina is a finca-style house on a 25,000 m² estate in the countryside of central Ibiza, about 2 km from the village of Santa Gertrudis. It sleeps 12 guests in six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and one of them in a separate annex, and is one of our luxury villas in Ibiza suited to families and groups who want space and quiet.

House and interiors

The house measures 750 m² and combines the stone walls and wooden beams of a traditional Ibizan farmhouse with a modern finish. The living room has a fireplace, a second sitting room has a wood-burning stove, and there is a formal dining room under a chandelier. The kitchen has a central island and opens onto a second dining area. Underfloor heating and air conditioning run through the house.

Pool, jacuzzi and outdoor dining

The 12 x 7 m infinity pool sits on a terracotta terrace with loungers, canopied daybeds and a shaded pavilion with sofas, and pool heating is available. An outdoor jacuzzi on a deck looks over the valley. The summer kitchen has a barbecue, and the covered outdoor dining area seats 18.

Bedrooms and sauna

The master suite, on the lower ground floor, has a dressing area, terrace access and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Several bedrooms open onto terraces, and one bathroom includes a sauna. The sixth bedroom is in a separate annex with its own bathroom.

Bedroom 6, Separate Annex, Lower Ground Floor: super king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Santa Gertrudis: village square, restaurants and galleries in the centre of Ibiza

Santa Gertrudis sits in the centre of Ibiza, and its small square, with the white church, cafés, restaurants and galleries, is about 2 km from the villa. Ibiza Town is around 15 minutes by car, the airport about 20 km away and the nearest beach about 13 km.

The surrounding countryside of fincas, farmland and quiet lanes makes this a good base for those who prefer the interior to the coast. Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 8000€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
