Recently restored, the villa retains its traditional charm while offering modern comfort and space for up to 18 guests.
The property features eight individually styled suites, each with a private lounge area, en-suite bathroom, and terrace. Interiors blend historic elements—such as stone arches and romantic gardens —with contemporary finishes. Guests can enjoy scenic views of the Bay of Alcudia and the Tramuntana Mountains from the upper floor. Nearly every room is fitted with a fireplace, making the villa a comfortable choice year-round.
Outside, the gardens span several hectares and feature aromatic flowers, Moorish-style fountains, and a tranquil pond that contributes to the serene ambiance. A large swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating—perfect for relaxing days or evening cocktails. Additional facilities include a tennis court and a football pitch, offering leisure options for both adults and children.
The villa is also designed to accommodate private events, from weddings to wellness retreats. It includes a family chapel, dedicated catering spaces, and optional marquees for larger gatherings. Please note: events are not permitted in August, and a chef service (minimum half-board) is required for all rentals.

Booking Conditions
To rent the villa, the hiring of a chef service is mandatory (minimum half-board throughout the stay):
Half board: 65 € per person/day + VAT.
Full board: 95 € per person/day + VAT.
**Raw materials are included.
All menu prices are based on a minimum group size of 12 people. For smaller groups, please contact us for an individual quote. Children under 6 years old get a 30% discount.
