Soller is a charming city located in the northwest of Mallorca. Its nickname is the 'valley of oranges' or 'valley of gold,' which comes from the many citrus groves that used to grow there and gave the valley its golden hue. Despite being isolated, Soller was prosperous and exported oranges to France via the nearby Port de Soller on the west coast.

The city's attraction comes from its beautiful architecture, especially the Modernista buildings that blend art nouveau and traditional Mallorcan styles. They are a testament to the town's rich past and the wealth that locals brought back from France.

Soller offers many activities for visitors, such as exploring narrow streets and picturesque squares, shopping at vibrant markets, and experiencing local festivals. The vintage wooden tram connecting Soller to the Port de Soller is also a must-do and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes.

House rules:

No full time butler service available.
Staff takes care of preparing breakfast (self-service buffet) and its setting (plates, glasses, cups, utensils, etc), as well as clearing and cleaning that all after the service hours (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM, 6 days per week).
No external Chef can be responsible for Breakfast, there is a in-house staff for this service.
Pet dogs Dogs are allowed ONLY with previous authorization of the management.
Pool safety is assumed by the client.
No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
No loud noise after 11:00 PM.

Payment terms:
• 25% of the reservation’s total amount will be charged in the moment of its confirmation / arrangement.
• The remaining 75% will be charged 2 months prior to the arrival.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy

– If the reservation is cancelled over 2 months prior to the arrival, 25% initial payment will be kept as cancellation penalty and will not be refunded.

– If the reservation is cancelled less than 2 months prior to the arrival, no refund will be eligible.

– No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 6000€ will be requested with the second payment (2 months prior to the arrival). Refund will take place between 5/7 days after check-out
