Situated in the tranquil valley near the enchanting town and port of Soller, Es Puig is a stunningly restored 17th-century farmhouse offering a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort. With 50 hectares, the estate features olive groves, citrus orchards, an organic vegetable garden, and beautifully manicured terraces leading to a tennis court with breathtaking valley views.
Es Puig can accommodate up to 18 guests across seven elegantly appointed double bedrooms - all ensuite —along with one apartment adjacent to the main house and an additional pool suite, both available upon request and at an extra cost.
The main house and adjoining apartment offer a bright and spacious living area spread over two levels. One section features two comfortable three-seater sofas, a coffee table, a cozy fireplace, a CD player, and a Bang & Olufsen satellite TV. The other area includes an additional sofa, a coffee table, and another fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Entertainment options abound, with a billiards table and a large cinema screen equipped with a Sony DVD/CD player and an extensive collection of over 300 titles.
The open kitchen retains its traditional charm with a rustic fireplace and an adjoining outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco meals. Additionally, a fully equipped professional catering kitchen is available, ideal for hosting special events. The beautifully restored dining room, set within the estate’s former olive mill, comfortably seats up to ten guests. A guest WC is also available, and this section of the house accommodates six of the property’s bedrooms.
Outdoors:
At the heart of the outdoor area lies a stunning private swimming pool (16m x 6.5m) with a salt chlorination system. Nestled among ancient olive trees, it is accompanied by elegant wooden deckchairs, creating the perfect spot to relax under the Mediterranean sun.
A charming suite overlooks the pool and features a built-in barbecue, as well as a convenient WC and shower. Multiple terraces with dining tables, along with a picturesque inner courtyard, provide ample space for al fresco meals and sunset gatherings.
For sports and recreation, a tennis court is located a short walk from the main house, set amid the olive groves. From here, guests can enjoy panoramic views of Sóller in the distance. A small adjacent house with a WC adds convenience to this exclusive sports area.

Check-In/Out
Standard check-in time is from 15:00 and Check-Out before 11:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
Payment
A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of 3000€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
