Villa Features
Sant Joan Beach Villa is a renovated holiday home on the seafront in Mal Pas, a quiet residential area just outside Alcúdia on the Bay of Pollença. It sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms with five bathrooms, has a garden with panoramic sea views and direct access to the beach, and is about 10 minutes from the town of Alcúdia. It is one of our luxury villas in Mallorca for families and groups who want to stay right by the sea.
The villa is divided into two buildings. The first holds the fully equipped kitchen and a bright living and dining room with large windows, light furniture and a fireplace for the cooler months. On the upper floor there is a second living area with its own fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas and two large terraces looking over the Bay of Pollença.
The five bedrooms are in the second building. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom; the other bedrooms have queen-size or twin beds, and two guest bathrooms, one on each floor, serve the twin rooms.
The garden looks straight out to sea, with outdoor sofas, a barbecue and space to sit in the sun, and gives direct access to the beach. The villa has two bikes and surfboards, and weekly cleaning and a final clean are included. A private chef, pre-stocking, wellness and spa treatments, extra housekeeping and babysitting can be arranged on request. Mal Pas and Alcúdia: quiet beaches on the Bay of Pollença and a walled medieval town
Mal Pas is a residential area on the peninsula that separates the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia, with small sandy beaches such as Platja de Sant Joan and Platja de Sant Pere, clear water and views towards Formentor. It is quieter than the larger resorts nearby, and the Alcanada golf course is a short drive away.
