Villa Features
Finca Ullastre is a late-19th-century manor house restored as a private holiday home for up to 16 guests near Santa Maria del Camí. Stone walls, timber beams and open views towards the Serra de Tramuntana give the house its character. Also listed as Cas Metge Matas, it is part of our selection of luxury villas in Mallorca.
The ground floor brings together the main shared spaces. A kitchen of approximately 40 m² opens onto the north terrace, with a central table and an adjoining dining area that seats 16.
On the south side, three lounges open directly onto the terrace. One has a grand piano and divan, another has low tables and stools, and the third has two large sofas and a 70-inch Smart TV.
There is also a reading room and a separate games room with two gaming chairs and a PS5. The existing property information identifies a ground-floor room adapted for guests with reduced mobility; access requirements should be checked before booking.
The eight bedrooms accommodate up to 16 guests. Each has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and exterior views; some also open onto a terrace. The bedrooms are distributed over the three floors of the house.

The swimming pool measures 20 × 8 m and is listed as 2 m deep. Sun loungers and thatched parasols line the pool terrace, with views across the surrounding countryside towards the mountains.
An outdoor kitchen, barbecue and a large dining table provide space for meals outside. The grounds include an 8,000 m² landscaped garden, orange groves, a vegetable and herb garden, and a nearby organic farm that supplies seasonal produce.

Santa Maria del Camí is an inland Mallorcan town surrounded by vineyards and agricultural land. Its wine-growing tradition and local food culture make it a useful base for a stay focused on the countryside, while the views towards the Serra de Tramuntana remain part of the setting.
The Sunday market at Plaça Nova brings together produce, crafts and local traders. Cafés, restaurants and shops are concentrated in the town, and the railway station connects it with Palma. These are facilities in Santa Maria del Camí, rather than amenities within walking distance of the villa.
