7/7 estate manager / client lead contact
Housekeeping – We provide a 7/7 Housekeeping with cleaning daily. Staff breaks are usually around mid-afternoon and staff will be available for the evening shift.
Garden and Pool – We provide 7/7 – 2 full time gardeners and early morning pool cleaning and as often as needed for cleaning around the pool area.

Payment terms: 2 instalments. We require 50% upon reservation, the remaining 50% eight weeks prior to entry date. If the reservation is made 8 weeks or less days prior to arrival, 100% of booking fees are due at time of the reservation.

Cancellation: Cancellations that are made at least eight weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject a 50% refund of the total fee. Any cancellations made within eight weeks of arrival shall owe the full reservation balance and shall not receive any refund from the full reservation total except any monies submitted for security deposits. All reservation changes must be submitted and acknowledged in writing.

Deposit: 30% of total rental price to be paid one week prior to arrival date. The deposit will be returned after 15 working days given that all outstanding accounts have been settled.
