Spanning 800 sqm, the property consists of three elegant structures designed for ultimate luxury. The main house features two expansive master suites with en-suite bathrooms, a chic lounge, a formal dining area, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The lower level boasts four additional en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private gym. A separate guest house offers complete independence with its own kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

Set against rolling hills, this picturesque town offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to some of Ibiza’s most famous beaches, including Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, and Cala d’Hort, with its breathtaking views of Es Vedrà.

The village itself is a blend of traditional Ibizan charm and modern conveniences. Whitewashed houses line the streets, and the historic 18th-century church in the main square serves as a focal point. San José is home to excellent restaurants, cozy cafés, and boutique shops, making it a great place to explore. Every Saturday, a local market offers organic produce, handmade crafts, and unique finds.

For nature lovers, the surrounding hills provide scenic hiking trails with panoramic views of the island. Despite its tranquil setting, San José is just a short drive from Ibiza Town and the island’s vibrant nightlife. Whether you're seeking relaxation, culture, or adventure, San José perfectly captures Ibiza’s diverse spirit, offering something for every visitor.

Cleaning breakdown: Daily cleaning 8 hours per day. On call House Manager. Pool and Garden Maintenance.
Night Security in July and August.
Breakfast Service in July and August.
Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.

No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
No pets are allowed.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 10000€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
