Villa Features
Casa Arena stands in Talamanca, a few minutes from Ibiza Town, with views of the walled old town of Dalt Vila, the sea and Formentera. The newly built villa spans three levels and sleeps ten in five en-suite bedrooms, with two further guest bathrooms. Talamanca beach is about 1 km away. It is one of our luxury villas in Ibiza for groups who want restaurants and nightlife close by.
The 9 x 5 m pool is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers, a shaded area and a bar, among palm trees and bougainvillea. Several terraces look out over the bay, with lounges, a hanging egg chair and a dining table under a sail shade, and there is a gas barbecue for meals outside. From the roof terraces, the sunsets and the lights of Dalt Vila are in full view.
Inside, the open-plan living and dining area has white sofas, a fireplace and sea views, and the fully equipped kitchen has an island with bar stools. The house has a Bose sound system, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking.
The master suite takes up the whole top floor, with a large private terrace and outdoor lounge, sea views and a bathroom with bath and shower. Two bedrooms on the second floor share a terrace and have large baths, and two more are on the ground floor. All five have king size beds, air conditioning and their own bathroom.

Talamanca beach, a long sandy bay about 1 km from the villa, faces Ibiza Town across the water. Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the marina and Marina Botafoch, with its restaurants, shops and yachts, are a few minutes away, and Ibiza airport is about 13 km from the villa.
