Villa Features
Villa Aria is a five-bedroom villa for up to ten guests in the Santa Eulalia area of Ibiza, between the beach at Cala Llonga and the Roca Llisa golf course. It stands in a gated community with 24-hour security, on a 3,000 m² plot of gardens with pines, palms and tropical plants.
The 17-metre pool is surrounded by a white deck with sun loungers, parasols and a hammock. A thatched pergola with a daybed looks over the water, and the outdoor dining area has a barbecue. The garden also has a table tennis table under a shade sail and an open-air space for exercise.
Inside, the open-plan living room has two sofas, a fireplace and a mezzanine chill-out area, and opens onto the pool terrace. The kitchen has an island with bar stools, and there is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
All five bedrooms have air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. Three have a king-size bed, and one of the suites has a jacuzzi bath. The fifth bedroom is a guest studio with its own entrance and private garden.

Santa Eulalia del Río is the third-largest town in Ibiza, on the east coast of the island. It has a promenade lined with palm trees, a marina with restaurants along the water, and the Puig de Missa, a hilltop church with views over the town and the coast.
