Villa Amira sits on 20,000 m² of olive groves and pine forest in the countryside between Santa Gertrudis and Santa Eulalia, about 5 km from Santa Eulalia town. The house measures 480 m² and sleeps 12 guests in six en-suite bedrooms, with views over the wooded hills. It is one of our luxury villas in Ibiza for families and groups who want privacy within easy reach of the east coast.

Pool and outdoor spaces

The pool deck runs along the front of the house, with sun loungers under parasols, olive trees and a shaded lounge under a pergola. The outdoor dining table seats 14, and there is an outdoor bar and a sound system for the terraces. Parking is available on site.

Interiors

The architecture combines white walls, local stone and large glass doors that open the living room onto the terraces. The living area has a lounge and a dining table, and the main kitchen is fully equipped. A second kitchen gives extra room when hosting, and glazed corridors run through the house.

Bedrooms

All six bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers, along with a TV and a safe. Several open directly onto the garden or onto courtyards with stone walls. A separate service room is intended for the guests' own staff or for children aged 12 and under.

Santa Eulalia: seafront promenade, marina and family beaches on the east coast

The villa lies inland, between Santa Gertrudis and Santa Eulalia, about 5 km from Santa Eulalia town. Santa Eulalia del Río has a palm-lined seafront promenade, a marina with waterside restaurants and the hilltop church of Puig de Missa. The nearest beach is about 5 km away and Ibiza airport about 18 km.

Please Note: We advise that Service Rooms are only to be used by the clients own staff / hired help or children 12 years old and under.
Housekeeping Information: 4 hours daily cleaning included and towel change midweek.
Eco-tax @ €2.20/person/night, based on 12 people/week – €185.
Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
No pets are allowed.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 3000€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
