Just a few minute's drive into town. With its private gate & parking space for several cars. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. One bedroom with its en-suite bathroom on the main level, and the remaining three guest bedrooms are downstairs. Large fully-equipped kitchen, dining & lounge area. Several terraces throughout the property. One can enjoy ‘al fresco dining on the bbq terrace near the pool. Cala Deia, the well-known village stone cove beach is just a 5/10 minute drive down, where one can enjoy a fabulous meal or drink by the Sea (The two restaurants are open April to October).

Booking Conditions
– Children allowed only from ages 0-5 years old.
– Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
– No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
– No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
