Villa Cala Llonga is a six-bedroom villa for 12 guests in Cala Llonga, on the northern shore of Port of Mahón in Menorca. Renovated in 2023 under the direction of architect Vera Sanchez Guasch, it combines bright contemporary interiors with sea-view terraces, a private pool and several areas for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Arranged over two levels, the villa uses curved forms, whitewashed surfaces and large glazed openings to connect the living room, contemporary kitchen and dining area with the water-facing terraces. The upper terrace is positioned for sunset views over the port.
The six-bedroom layout combines double, twin and bunk-bed rooms for families or groups of up to 12. Several ground-floor bedrooms open onto private terraces, giving the sleeping areas direct access to the exterior.
Outside, the private pool, a covered terrace with pergola, an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and plancha create distinct spaces for cooking, dining and relaxing. Cala Llonga's pontoons are about a five-minute walk away. The historic centre of Mahón and Sa Mesquida beach are both about a 10-minute drive from the villa.

The villa is around 5 km from Mahón and about 10 km from Menorca Airport. Cala Llonga's pontoons are within walking distance, and local water-taxi services connect the area with points around the port. Sa Mesquida beach and fishing village are approximately 10 minutes away by car.
