Villa Features
Villa Torret stands in Biniancolla, one of the small whitewashed settlements on the coast of Sant Lluís, on the south coast of Menorca, between Binibeca and the cove of Cala Torret. The sea is a three-minute walk from the house, Sant Lluís about ten minutes by car and Menorca airport under twenty. The villa measures 335 m² and sleeps nine in four bedrooms.
Two of the doubles have en-suite bathrooms. The third double and the children’s room, which has three beds, share the remaining bathroom, a split that works for a family with children or for two couples travelling together. The house has air conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout and a security system.
Outside there is an 11 by 3 metre private pool, a long terrace with designer furniture, a shaded lounge area and a Weber barbecue. The terraces face the sea. The coast here suits paddleboarding, and the lanes between the coastal settlements are easy cycling.

Villa Torret is located in:
Menorca, South Coast
Biniancolla, a small fishing settlement on the coast of Sant Lluís, between Binibeca and Cala Torret.
Biniancolla belongs to Sant Lluís, a village the French founded in 1761 during their occupation of Menorca and whose church is dedicated to Louis IX. The shoreline here is a row of low whitewashed houses and boathouses around a rocky inlet, and fishing boats still work out of it.
Cala Torret opens onto its own small bay immediately to the west, between Binibeca and Biniancolla, and a coastal path links the two. Binibeca Vell, the whitewashed village designed in the 1960s by the Barcelona architect F. J. Barba Corsini, is a short drive away, and the beaches at Punta Prima, Binidalí and Ses Olles are all within about ten minutes.
Sant Lluís itself has the shops, the market and most of the restaurants, ten minutes inland. Maó and the airport are both under half an hour, which makes this corner of Menorca a practical base for the rest of the island.
