The property includes five buildings: the main house with an adjoining guest house, a pool house with a sauna, an office/gym with a large terrace, a traditional windmill tower, and Casa Maria, a separate fully-equipped house with an outdoor barbecue. With six large air-conditioned bedrooms and six bathrooms, all with underfloor heating, comfort is guaranteed.

Set on a 30,974 sqm plot, M Residence offers 1,233 sqm of built-up area, including 677 sqm of living space and 236 sqm of terraces and verandas. The finca is self-sufficient, featuring solar power, a modern backup generator, and efficient heat and water installations from 2023, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

Torrent de Cala Pi, nestled on Mallorca's southern coast, is a hidden gem known for its serene beauty and crystal-clear turquoise waters. This secluded spot, situated within a deep, narrow inlet, offers an idyllic escape from the busier tourist areas.

The torrent winds through rugged limestone cliffs and lush vegetation, culminating in the pristine sandy beach of Cala Pi. Framed by steep cliffs, the beach provides a sheltered, intimate setting perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling. The gentle waves and soft white sand make it an ideal spot for relaxation.

Surrounding the beach, hiking trails along the cliffs offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and coastline. The nearby Torre de Cala Pi, a 16th-century watchtower, adds historical intrigue and offers panoramic vistas.

Cala Pi village, with its traditional Mallorcan restaurants and bars, provides a charming place to enjoy local cuisine. The area's laid-back atmosphere and natural beauty make Torrent de Cala Pi a must-visit destination.

Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.

No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.

No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.

Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 2500€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
