Indigo Villa is a luxury traditional house located in Deia, crafted with local stone and featuring exposed beams and shuttered windows. It's nestled in a peaceful residential area, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Despite its tranquil setting, the house is just a short walk from the centre of Deia village.
The villa offers 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms, fully air conditioned and with oil fired central heating and a beautiful open-plan lounge with a log burning stove for winter evenings making the villa ideal for both summer or winter stays.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances such as an American style fridge freezer with chilled filtered water and ice maker. French doors open to an outdoor dining patio, offering sea views to the Mediterranean.
The living area has a satellite Flat Screen TV, Freeview channels, CD, DVD players, free WI-FI & a Bose Bluetooth music system you can connect to your phone or laptop.
The master suite, occupying the entire top floor, features a triple-aspect bedroom with a super-king bed, sea views, a separate wardrobe area, and a full en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, the other two additional air-conditioned bedrooms share the second luxury travertine shower room. On the same floor we find a utility room with laundry facilities.
On the outside of the villa, guests will find different furnished terracotta patio areas perfect for relaxing and BBQ dining. Steps lead up to a magnificent heated swimming pool with a salt purification system, surrounded by flower beds and sunbathing areas.
