Villa Features
Ca’n Quinn brings together a stone-built main house and a separate guest cottage in the countryside outside Deià, on Mallorca’s northwest coast. The property accommodates up to seven guests, with views over the Mediterranean and a private pool among olive trees. Set around 2 km from the village, it is part of our selection of luxury villas in Mallorca.
Green shutters, exposed stone and timber beams give the house its character. On the lower floor, the living room combines sofas, a fireplace and a Smart TV, alongside a round dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster and coffee maker.
A separate work room on the first floor has a desk, lamp and chair. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays.
The main house has three bedrooms on the first floor, including two double bedrooms with sea views. Its bathrooms include a freestanding bath and a bath with a shower; the bathroom with the freestanding bath also has underfloor heating.
A few steps towards the pool, the guest cottage provides the fourth bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This separate building gives part of the group a space of their own while keeping the shared outdoor areas close by.
The garden connects the house, cottage and pool through several terraces and seating areas. The pool terrace has seven sun loungers and an outdoor shower, with olive trees, stone walls and views towards the sea. A table-tennis table adds another option for time at home.
The covered outdoor kitchen includes a dishwasher, sink, fridge and gas barbecue. A large dining table seats up to ten for meals outside, while a separate lounge terrace offers another place to sit among the planting and take in the sea views.
