Villa Features
Can Ramis is a seafront house in Bonaire, a residential area on the coast just outside Alcúdia, looking across the Bay of Pollença. It sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms, has a porch and two terraces facing the sea, and is about 2 km from the town of Alcúdia. A flight of steps leads from the main gate up to the house. Inside, the large living room has a dining table, sofas and satellite TV, and the fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee machine and kettle. The bedrooms and the living and dining room have air conditioning, Wi-Fi covers the whole house, and the laundry room in the basement has a washing machine, dryer and iron. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
There are five bedrooms, each with its own wardrobe: the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the others have double or single beds. Of the three bathrooms, two have a bath and one a shower.
The covered porch has a large dining table and chill-out sofas looking over the bay, and the two front terraces have eight sun loungers and views of the sea. The garage has room for three cars, with one more space by its door and a free public car park 10 metres away. A supermarket and several restaurants are close by, the sandy beaches of Sant Pere and Sant Joan are a short way along the coast, and the long beach of Port d’Alcúdia is about 15 minutes by car. Weekly cleaning and a final clean are included, and a private chef, extra housekeeping, transport and boat trips can be arranged on request. Bonaire and Alcúdia: a residential coast between the marina and the medieval town
Bonaire is a quiet residential area on the coast road between Alcúdia and Mal Pas, with houses spread along the shore of the Bay of Pollença and the Bonaire marina nearby. The coastline is a mix of rocks and small sandy beaches, with Platja de Sant Pere about 1.2 km away, and the hills of the Victòria peninsula behind offer walks with views over both bays.
