Ca's Hereu, also written Ca s'Hereu, is a 17th-century finca on the hillside near Port de Sóller, on the northwest coast of Mallorca. It began as a possessió, a traditional Mallorcan farm estate, and has been fully renovated into a 516 m² house for 12 guests in six en-suite bedrooms. Olive trees, stone walls and terraced gardens surround the house, with the Tramuntana mountains behind it and the beach at Port de Sóller about 3 km away. It is one of our luxury villas in Mallorca for families, groups and small celebrations.
The house is set over three floors. The main floor opens onto an entrance hall with a cobbled floor and stone walls, a sitting area and the estate's original olive press, kept in place with its millstone and wooden press. On the raised ground floor are the dining room, with a long table for the whole group, and a fully equipped kitchen with large windows onto the garden. Stone walls, beamed ceilings and a fireplace in the living room keep the character of an old Mallorcan manor house. Air conditioning and heating units are fitted in the bedrooms and the living room, and Wi-Fi covers the whole house.
On the main floor, the principal bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. The first floor has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds that can be made up as a double, each with its own shower room. The second floor is a self-contained apartment with its own living and dining area, a kitchen, a terrace and two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. A guest toilet completes the layout. With 12 guests across six bedrooms, Ca's Hereu is one of our villas for 10 or more guests.
The pool sits on a timber deck with sun loungers, daybeds and a pergola-covered lounge with sofas and armchairs, looking out over the olive-covered hills. There is an outdoor shower, and further terraces on different levels add shaded seating, dining tables and quieter corners away from the pool.
Ca's Hereu accepts events on request and with the owners' prior approval, which makes it a setting for small weddings and celebrations of up to 90 guests. The conditions are listed under Good to Know, and you can compare other villas for events in Mallorca.

Ca's Hereu stands on the hillside near Port de Sóller, about 3 km from the beach and 7.7 km from the town of Sóller. Port de Sóller is a horseshoe-shaped natural harbour on the northwest coast, with a seafront promenade, a marina and restaurants along the bay. A vintage wooden tram, running since 1913, links the port with Sóller town.
Sóller lies in a valley known for its orange groves and its Modernista buildings, such as the church of Sant Bartomeu on the main square. The Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011, offers walking routes straight from the valley, and Palma airport is about 35 km away.

All bookings are subject to an additional charge of 260€ for final cleaning.
Ca s’Hereu property allows events under request and by previous authorization from the owners, it is an ideal venue for those looking at a stunning location for small/moderate weddings.
House rules:
– Children allowed only from ages 0-5 years old.
– Groups of youngsters under 30 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
– No parties or events are allowed on the property without previous agreement with Island homes Mallorca team, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
– No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
