Villa Features
Casa del Mar is a 450 m² villa among pine trees on the shore of the bay of Port Andratx, on the southwest coast of Mallorca, about 1 km from the harbour with its restaurants and bars. It sleeps eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms, has direct access to the sea with a dinghy dock below the house, and its terraces look across the bay towards the moored yachts and the sunset. It is one of our luxury villas in Mallorca for families who want the sea on their doorstep.
The pool, heated to around 28 degrees with a CO2-neutral system, sits on a terrace with sun loungers and a parasol looking over the bay, next to a jacuzzi kept at around 38 degrees. A covered terrace holds an outdoor lounge and a dining table, and there is a barbecue for meals outside. The garden adds a barrel sauna, a daybed, an outdoor gym and an outdoor shower. Casa del Mar is one of our villas with a heated pool, and with the sea right below the garden it also features among our beach villas in Mallorca.
Inside, white walls, timber beams and natural materials give the house a warm, contemporary style. The living room has a hanging fireplace, sofas and a large TV, and opens onto the pool terrace; the fully equipped kitchen, with its own dining area, also leads outside. A Sonos sound system, high-speed internet and OLED TVs run through the house, air conditioning is available throughout, and there is a table tennis area and a charging point for electric cars.
One double bedroom is on the ground floor and three are on the first floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and the house has five bathrooms in total. Several bedrooms look out to the sea from their windows or balconies, and one bathroom has a freestanding round bathtub.

Port Andratx sits in a sheltered natural bay on the southwest coast of Mallorca. Once a fishing village, it now has a marina used by sailing and motor yachts and a waterfront lined with restaurants, cafés and shops, about 1 km from Casa del Mar.
The beach at Camp de Mar and the cove of Cala Llamp are a short drive away, the Golf de Andratx course lies near Camp de Mar, and Palma airport is about 40 km. The Serra de Tramuntana begins at Andratx, with walking routes along this stretch of coast.
