Villa Features
Casa Namaste, also known as Casa Nama, is a stone-built village house in Deià, about 100 metres from the village centre, in the Serra de Tramuntana on the northwest coast of Mallorca. It has 280 m² for up to eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms, with an infinity pool and terraces on several levels that look over the village, the mountains and, from the upper terrace, the sea. It is one of our luxury villas in Mallorca within walking distance of a village.
Inside, white walls, beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and contemporary art give a designer finish to an old village house. The kitchen has wooden units and a central island that opens onto the living room, and a breakfast corner beside it has a round table by the window. A small wine cellar is set into the original stonework. Wi-Fi is free, and the TV offers international IPTV channels with YouTube, Spotify and Netflix.
The house has no air conditioning. Its position usually brings a sea breeze, fans are provided if needed and there is central heating for the cooler months.
The main bedroom has a super king bed and large floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the mountains and the village. The three guest bedrooms have two double beds and two single beds between them; two open directly onto the pool terrace and the third has its own private entrance. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and one of the bathrooms has a freestanding stone bathtub.
The lower terrace holds the lounge area and the infinity pool, edged by dry-stone walls and facing the village and the mountains, with the gardens of La Residencia also in view. The upper terrace has an outdoor dining area with distant sea views. Private parking at the house fits one medium-sized car.

Casa Namaste is in the village of Deià, in Mallorca’s Serra de Tramuntana, a cultural landscape listed by UNESCO since 2011. Its stone houses climb the hillside below the mountains, and the village has restaurants, galleries and the house-museum of the poet Robert Graves.
