Es Racó de Betlem sits on the waterfront in Betlem, on Mallorca’s northeast coast, a short drive from Colònia de Sant Pere. The house accommodates six guests in three bedrooms, with views across the Mediterranean towards the mountains of Llevant. Wooden floors and wide glass doors connect the ground-floor living room with the covered terrace. Sofas, a fireplace, a television and books provide a place to settle indoors while keeping the sea in view. The dining area has a wooden table and woven pendant lights, and the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home.
The house has central heating and fibre internet throughout the property.
One twin bedroom is on the ground floor, with access to the sea-facing terrace. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private terrace with panoramic sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and two basins. The third bedroom has two single beds.
The covered porch has a dining table beside the private pool, with sun loungers, parasols and views over the sea. From the garden, guests can reach the small stretch of rocky coastline below. This waterfront setting places Es Racó de Betlem among our beach villas in Mallorca.
At the rear of the house, a separate terrace has a wooden pergola, dining furniture and sun loungers, offering another outdoor space when the sea-facing side is windy. A kayak is available for guests, and the house also has a mobile barbecue.

– Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100e fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
