Villa Features
Finca Son Pecat is a country estate a few kilometres from Alcúdia and Pollença, in the north of Mallorca, surrounded by 40 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and native woodland. Its owners produce wine and olive oil on the land, guests can walk among the century-old vines and olive trees, and wine and oil tastings can be arranged. The estate sleeps 16 guests in eight en-suite bedrooms and is one of our luxury villas in Mallorca for large groups and celebrations.
The main house is a restored stone building reached by garden steps, with an entrance hall under a stone arch and several living rooms with timber beams and fireplaces. The sober, minimalist interiors contrast with the rural architecture. A covered terrace with a glass roof holds outdoor sofas and a dining area among the plants, and a professional kitchen is designed for events. Every bedroom has air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and the estate also has a gym and table tennis.
Four bedrooms are in the main house and four more in semi-detached rooms, each with its own private terrace; all eight have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. A separate guest apartment above the small winery adds a king-size bed and two children's beds with an en-suite bathroom. It is booked at an extra cost for holidays and included in accommodation and event packages, which brings capacity to 18 adults and 2 children. Son Pecat is one of our villas for 10 or more guests.
The long pool, with a teak deck, sits in the shade of olive trees. Around the house, the land includes almond trees, centuries-old holm oaks, orange and lemon trees and a vegetable garden, with donkeys, sheep, chickens and cats, and Talayotic remains more than 3,000 years old. The estate can also host weddings and corporate events of up to 150 guests, with the owners' approval, a professional event planner and an additional fee, as detailed under Good to Know. Between Alcúdia and Pollença: two historic towns, two bays and the Formentor peninsula
Son Pecat lies inland in the north of Mallorca, about 10 km from Alcúdia and a short drive from Pollença. Alcúdia keeps its medieval walls and the Roman ruins of Pollentia, with a market on Tuesdays and Sundays, while Pollença has its own old town and the long stairway up to the Calvari.
